The house is located just 5 minutes from Lake Lanier Park, making it the perfect spot for a lake vacation. The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and the dining area is perfect.

Please treat the house as if it were your own and leave it in a tidy condition when you checked-out.
No Pets are allowed on the property.
No smoking inside the house or on the premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
No parties or events are allowed. This includes loud music or excessive noise after 10 pm.
Please respect our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime.
No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
No candles or other open flames.
Please turn off the lights when you go out.
We would appreciate it if you took off your shoes inside the home.
Please place trash in either of the two bins outside.
Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

This property has a private driveway that can accommodate 3-4 cars. Please be mindful when exiting the driveway. While this house is not located on a busy street, vehicles approaching from the end of the road are traveling around a bend.

This property has a streaming television in the main living room area. However, please feel free to use your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc). The remote for the living room TV is located on the coffee table or nightstand in the master bedroom.

To use the WASHER:
Please find the washer unit in the den area on the lower floor behind the bi-fold doors.
Detergents have been provided for you. Please use what you need while visiting but please refrain from taking the entire detergent container when checking out.

To use the DRYER:
Please find the unit in the den area on the lower floor behind the bi-fold doors.
Please remember to clean the lint compartment before each drying session.
-- Coffee Maker --
To use the COFFEE MAKER:
Open cover.
Fill the water reservoir using the carafe with the desired amount of cold tap water. Do not exceed the 12-cup (MAX) level on the water reservoir.
Insert removable filter basket into filter basket holder.
Place an 8-12 cup basket-style paper filter into the removable filter basket.
Add the desired amount of ground coffee. Close cover.
Make sure the carafe lid is properly attached to the empty carafe. Close the lid.
Place an empty carafe on the carafe plate.
If regular brew strength is desired, your coffeemaker is set to brew coffee.
If strong coffee is desired, press the brew strength button to select the strong brew. The word STRONG is displayed.
Press the ON/OFF button and brewing begins.
When coffee stops flowing into the carafe, the brew cycle is complete.
The coffee maker beeps when the brew cycle is finished. The time since brewing will be visible at the bottom of the digital display.
Once the coffee grounds have cooled, carefully open the cover and discard the used grounds.
Close cover.
